| Barbecued steak and onions Marinate steaks in Worcestershire sauce with parsley and seasoning, garlic, ginger and pepper. Heat grill and cook the steaks. Add sliced onions and cook until golden. Finally cook the sausages. Serve with potato salad, Cole slaw, watermelon salad and tossed Greek salad with fetta. This evening, the guys were all seated waiting dinner, and then suddenly, they were all gone. There was a bush fire on the property. Fortunately salads keep well, and the steaks had not been started. It was well after 8.30 when they returned hungry and tired. |
