Chicken and bacon cabonara


 

Fry the chicken in a little oil and place in baking dish. Add diced carrots and onions.

Fry some chopped bacon with finely sliced onions and add to the chicken. Cover with stock or milk.

Add diced potato and let simmer until cooked and liquid thickened.

Add grated cheese and grill before serving. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley
