Chicken Curry
Fry an onion. Add chopped chicken and cook till brown. Add spices...Crushed chillies, curry powder, cumin, coriander, masala garam, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, salt. Cook over heat until fragrant. Add water and squeeze a lemon or add vinegar, and simmer gently 1-2 hours. Because the curry was very hot, I added some cubed, boiled potatoes. Optional. Serve with Rice and vegetable curry
