Savoury Rissoles with baked potato and Gravy Sunday dinner







Savoury Rissoles
Cook onion in oil. Add chopped onion and grated carrot. Add mince, 3 eggs, sliced tomato, salt and pepper and grated cabbage. Add fresh breadcrumbs and mix well. Form into balls, Dip into flour and then beaten egg and Breadcrumbs and cook in hot oil.
Serve with gravy, Potato bake, steamed rice and fresh salads.

Potato Bake.
Slice potatoes, place in salted water and simmer 5 minutes. Drain and place in baking tray. Add sliced onion and bacon and cream and mix well. Bake 30 minutes until golden
