Chicken and vegetable curry with Yellow Rice



 Fry onions, add sliced carrots and add spices...Curry powder, cumin, masala, fresh ginger and garlic, chilli flakes or paste...and cook until fragrant. Add curry leaves, cinnamon sticks, and rampa.

Add the chicken pieces, and cook a few minutes Top with stock or water and the juice of a lemon. Simmer gently for 2 hours...Before serving you can add coconut milk or serve with yoghurt
